Support to several departments with its expertise in flight operation, and training of flight and cabin crew to ensure a safe and efficient operation.

Activities:

• Provide knowledge in the field of aeroplane systems and operational procedures.

• Provide knowledge in the field of operational documentation.

• Provide knowledge in the field of aviation legislation (ICAO, IOSA, EASA regulation).

• Compiling and maintaining the non-type related operational manuals.

• Execute and support the "document control" processes to have consistent data in the operational manuals and documentation.

• Monitoring aviation legislation and aeroplane manufacture documentation to advise and prepare the flight operation organisation of these changes.

• Is responsible for managing the publications.

• Develops and maintains publication processes and resources.

• Coordinates and manages the publication processes.

• Maintains internal and external contacts.

• Policy changes will be prepared for approval by the flight operations management team.

Compliance Monitoring Manager, Dutch Dakota Association

• Responsible for compiling the audit plan

• Executing the audits

• Follow-up of findings

• Reporting of exceedances of finding due dates to the Accountable Manager

Project Management

• Investigation of the current processes and the descriptions,

• Auditing the operation of ground handling agents based on KLM Cityhopper Ground Operation Manual and European Aviation Safety Agency - EASA

• Assessment of destination and alternate aerodromes,

• Payload and block time calculations,

• Cockpit crew briefing and

• Preparation of navigation documentation for the charter flights.
