Support to several departments with its expertise in flight operation, and training of flight and cabin crew to ensure a safe and efficient operation.
Activities:

Provide knowledge in the field of aviation legislation (ICAO, IOSA, EASA regulation).

Compiling and maintaining the non-type related operational manuals.

Execute and support the "document control" processes to have consistent data in the operational manuals and documentation.

Monitoring aviation legislation and aeroplane manufacture documentation to advise and prepare the flight operation organisation of these changes.

Is responsible for managing the publications.

Develops and maintains publication processes and resources.

Coordinates and manages the publication processes.

Policy changes will be prepared for approval by the flight operations management team.
